INFO FOR OUR FURRY FRIENDS

As the use of essential oils is becoming more popular if you have pets please read this and make a note. Some oils are toxic for your animals - be careful especially if using in aroma diffusers.


Please make sure that the essential oils you are burning are not toxic for your pets.

SHIPPING POLICY

How it Works

At Soul Cemetery Emporium we pick and pack every day Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). As we stock all items this usually means your goods will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 1pm. For orders placed after 1pm they will be shipped the next working day.

Free UK Mainland (Orders over £30) Transit time 2-4 Working Days FREE Delivery

Standard UK Mainland  Transit time 3-7 Working Days Delivery Charge - £1.75 - £7.95

Tracked UK Mainland  Transit time 2-4 Working Days - £7.20 - £18.95

Express Shipping* Transit time 1-2 Working Days Delivery Charge - £4.50 - £9.55 - Delivery costs are based on weight.

*Cut Off time for Express Shipping is 1pm and does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. If you live in Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Ireland & Channel Islands please email for a price for express delivery.

Please note all orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched the following Monday unless it’s a Bank Holiday.

We ship orders as quickly as possible but once the item has left our dispatch team we have no control over delivery delays. We have provided the delivery times above as a guide only – they are estimates given by the mail carrier and are not guaranteed times.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

What happens if my item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all?  Soul Cemetery Emporiums after-sales service is extremely important and we have built a strong reputation for excellent customer service

If an item arrives broken or faulty we do not generally need you to return it as it incurs unnecessary costs. Please email our customer service team with the order number, including images of the damaged/ faulty items. Once reported, we will be able to send out a replacement order or offer a full refund.

 If you believe an item has gone missing, please allow up to 10 days for delivery and also check to see if Royal Mail have left an attempted delivery card

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. 

SCE will offer a refund to customers if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've informed SCE..

SCE willrefund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we comply with the data protection laws applicable to the UK. This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is treated

When you order we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address and credit/debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order.

In addition we collect your email address and name if you wish to sign-up for the newsletter, and further details as you submit them for use on the site.

How do we use your information?

Any personal data relating to you will be used and recorded by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy. We use the information collected from you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may use your personal information to communicate with you about your order, for record keeping purposes, and in aggregate (and therefore anonymously) for market research purposes, to track activity on our site, to publish trends and/or to improve usefulness and content.

We may use other companies to provide services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customers questions’ about products or services, sending postal mail and e-mails, analysing data and processing credit card payments. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
